The flight between Vancouver to Tokyo is a partner redemption with Japan Airlines. As a result, this Asia Miles partner redemption will cost you 61,000 Asia Miles in Business and 27,000 in Economy.

Vancouver to Hong Kong to Johannesburg (YVR-HKG-JNB)

This classic redemption used to be way better when they allowed you to have a stop-over in Hong Kong. Regardless, you are still allowed an under 24-hour layover when making an Asia miles redemption. So if you want, you can still leave the airport to stay in a hotel.

This Cathay Pacific redemption is under the “Ultra-Long” category which will set you back 85,000 Asia Miles in Business Class and 42,000 in Economy.

This redemption is interesting as it takes you to South America. Also, this redemption also applies to those living on the East Coast of Canada. This Asia Miles redemption on American Airlines will set you back 61,000 Asia Miles in Business Class or 27,000 in Economy.
